IG Studio & Co. Care Guide:
Machine wash cold, inside-out, gentle cycle with mild detergent and similar colors. Use non-chlorine bleach, only when necessary. No fabric softeners.
Tumble dry low, or hang-dry for longest life.
Cool iron inside-out if necessary. Do not iron decoration.
Do not dry clean.

How much is shipping?
Once you’ve clicked through to Secure Checkout, you can enter your delivery address and choose a shipping method. Shipping costs are then calculated and tacked on to your subtotal at the bottom of the page.
When will I get my stuff?
Products typically take 5-12 Days to make as all items are individually made per order. This is to ensure Artisan Small-batch Quality.
Please Note that All products come from different sources worldwide. Arrival times vary to location and when the item is shipped by the supplier.
*Expedited shipping is available, but subject to each supplier's processing times. **Calculated shipping arrival times begin as soon as the product is shipped, not before.
Products Ship immediately after being made. Shipping Times vary depending on selected shipping method.
Time Estimates are shown during shipping method selection. Longer Manufacturing and Shipping Times are to be expected during Holidays and Weather-related events.
Color Variation Manufacturing Disclosure
Artisan Products will have slight variation in colors from how they appear online.
Variations are caused by elements used in product photoshoots for online use that differ to normal elements. (i.e. lighting, professional cameras, & backgrounds)
Can I track my order?
We rely on a global network of shipping partners (UPS, FedEx, DHL) as well as local postal services (USPS) to get your order to your doorstep as soon as possible. For this reason, tracking availability vary on shipping options offered for your address.
If your order is being sent by a trackable service, these details will be included on your created IG shopper account. If you used the guest checkout, don't fret! It will also be on the shipping confirmation email we send you.
Do you deliver to APO, FPO and DPO addresses?
Yes; however, due to the nature of these services, it may take more than 45 business days to receive your order. If possible, we recommend using a civilian address.

Our printing partners each manufacture specific products and service particular parts of the world. We ensure your goodies will be printed in the most convenient location for your delivery address, ensuring fast and affordable shipping services!

For all horizontal measurements, please keep the tape measure parallel to the ground.
A Waist
Place the tape on the narrowest part of the waist and measure around.
B Hips
Put the beginning of the tape measure on one hip and bring the tape across the fullest part of the hips back to where you started measuring.
Chest
Put one end of the tape measure on the fullest part of the chest and bring the tape around the back (under the armpits, over the shoulder blades) to where you started.

Can I Return Items?
When can I exchange/return an item for Free?
Because you are an awesome IG Studio customer, You have a full 30 days to submit a return/exchange for Eligible* Items for FREE.
When you return an order, you have a few compensation options to choose from:
- Exchange* - We replace your original order and send you new confirmation and shipping information.
- Voucher - We email you a credit code with the same value as your original order, which you can put to a new IG Studio purchase.
- Full Refund - We return the amount to your original payment method (Paypal, Amazon, Credit Card, Bitcoin, etc.).

How can I return/exchange an item?
If you have your email address and order number ready, you can submit your return by clicking HERE and filling out the form.
(Remember, once you receive your item, you have 30 days to submit a return.)
Who covers the cost of exchanging/returning an eligible* item?
All costs of eligible Exchanges and Returns are on us! Submit a form and we will email you instructions for the next steps.
How long does a refund/exchange take?
From being received at our warehouse it usually takes no more than 72 hours* for us to process. Refunds should show in your account 3-4 working days & exchanges 3-5 working days later.
